Don’t be afraid to go window shopping or stop in new stores you have not checked out before! Laramie offers a vibrant downtown with new and staple businesses around every corner. If you search around, you’re sure to find what you are looking for or even find something you never knew you would have wanted.
Warm up with a hot drink from Night Heron Bookstore at 107 E Ivinson Ave,. This café and bookstore offers delicious drinks, tasty pastries, and used books (including textbooks). Show up on open mic nights (most Wednesdays) and participate in a night of community and creativity in a cozy environment.
If you’re of age, head down to Bond’s Brewing located at 411 S 2nd St, for their trivia and tacos night every Tuesday from 5:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. Stimulate your mind and please your stomach on these nights of fun and food!
Treat yourself and some friends to a dinner at one of the many delicious downtown restaurants that Laramie has to offer! To end the night, make sure to grab a dessert! It’s never too cold for ice cream! Head down to 111 E Ivinson Ave. for The Big Dipper. This ice-cream shop offers a variety of both unique and classic flavors, so you can either stick to the classics or branch out into new ones.
