UWPD Activity March 19–25, 2018: Theft reported in Union

Last week, Monday March 19 to Sunday March 25, the University of Wyoming Police Department responded to several reported incidents around campus. The following information is taken from the daily activity reports on the UW Police Department’s website.

On Monday, March 19, there was a report of a suspicious bag that was left in a bathroom at Wyoming Hall.

On Tuesday, March 20, a bicycle that was stolen on Jan. 19, 2018, was recovered and returned to its owner.

On Thursday, March 22, there was a report of domestic disturbance in the business building. Also on Thursday, a student reported a theft that occurred in the Union; the stolen items were returned to the owner.

On Friday, March 23, there was a report of drug activity in the campus area; this incident is currently under investigation.

On Saturday, March 24, an anonymous report of underage drinking was called in around the Bison Run Apartment Complex. A student was cited for possession of alcohol.

On Sunday, March 25, staff received a report of suspicious emails; this is currently under investigation.
