Laramie will lose cardboard recycling

Laramie has recycling problems again as Ark Regional Services have announced they will shut down their recycling program in May. Medicaid bill defaults, many uninsured

The Wyoming House of Representatives turned down the option for expanding the Medicaid program last Thursday leaving over 17,600 residents without insurance.
